Top among them is economic resilience, ensuring ground handlers can grow sustainably, attract and retain talent, invest in training, adopt greener GSE, and withstand economic shocks.

We also call for a rebalanced relationship between ground handlers and airlines to build a more sustainable, equitable future for the sector.
