- Decentralised initiatives, coordinated and harmonised with the board of directors, operationally managed by the Secretary General
- Members belong to one of the five regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Americas)
- Regional Heads are asa board members and represent their
areas & activities - Special tasks will be defined and managed (based on separate project-plans and organisations) by the board and regions
- In close coordination with NATA for the Americas (partnership approach)
- One global General Assembly (annually), in close coordination with the regional meetings
- Annual meetings and information exchange (General Assembly) to determine relevant topics to be covered
